Le parisien d\u00e9pose au fond de sa camera obscura des poudres phosphorescentes. Lorsqu\u2019elles re\u00e7oivent l\u2019image projet\u00e9e, elles emmagasinent l\u2019\u00e9nergie lumineuse pour la restituer ensuite sous forme d\u2019\u00e9mission de lumi\u00e8re. Il en r\u00e9sulte une image phosphorescente visible au fond de la chambre. Malheureusement cette image ne se conserve pas. Elle s\u2019\u00e9vanouit progressivement.<br>En d\u00e9cembre 1829, Daguerre vient signer \u00e0 St Loup de Varennes le contrat qui le lie \u00e0 Ni\u00e9pce. Il apporte avec lui de cette poudre jaune phosphorescente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les journ\u00e9es du patrimoine 2006 furent consacr\u00e9es aux quatre s\u00e9jours de Daguerre dans la maison du Gras \u00e0 Saint Loup de Varennes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><u>Le premier en d\u00e9cembre 1829<\/u>\u00a0pour la signature du contrat d\u2019association et la remise de la Notice sur l\u2019H\u00e9liographie \u00e0 Daguerre par Ni\u00e9pce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Le deuxi\u00e8me en juin 1830<\/u>, lorsque Daguerre apporta pour la premi\u00e8re fois du r\u00e9sidu de la distillation de l\u2019essence de lavande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Le troisi\u00e8me pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 1832<\/u>\u00a0lorsque les deux associ\u00e9s invent\u00e8rent le physautotype.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Le quatri\u00e8me en novembre 1832<\/u>\u00a0quand les deux associ\u00e9s essay\u00e8rent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 du physautotype.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, les visiteurs de la maison Ni\u00e9pce purent assister \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019images sur des poudres phosphorescentes qui \u00e9taient expos\u00e9es au fond d\u2019une chambre obscure le temps de la visite.
